Terms and Conditions for Ticket Sales

Date of the Event:
The date of the event is on Friday, 3rd May 2024, from 9 am - 5.30 pm
Venue:
Lakeside Way, Wembley, London, HA9 0BU. 4th Floor, Room 5
Food:
You will be nourished all day with Tea, coffee, water, and snacks, which will be served in the lobby at various times throughout the day.
Buffet lunch will be served in the Association restaurant on the 5th floor. If you have any specific dietary requirements, please email admin@amirabheru.com
Arriving by Car:
We have agreed a reduced parking rate of £15 for the day for delegates to the event. Please follow the signs for the GOLD CAR PARK, which is located next to the hotel on Lakeside Way. Please ensure that you validate your ticket at the reception desk before you leave.
Arriving by Train:
Nearest stations are:
Wembley Stadium - 7mins walk
Wembley Park - 10 mins walk
Wembley Central - 19 mins walk
Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable Tickets:
All tickets purchased for the event are non-refundable and non-transferable. No refunds or exchanges will be provided under any circumstances.
Eligibility:
Tickets are exclusively for product businesses, brands, and retailers. The organisers reserve the right to verify attendees' eligibility and refuse entry to anyone who does not meet the specified criteria.
Event Waitlist:
In the event that a ticket holder is unable to attend, it is the attendee's responsibility to notify the organiser at admin@amirabheru.com as soon as possible to discuss options.
The organiser will make reasonable efforts to offer these tickets to individuals on the waitlist before considering other options.
Event Changes:
The organiser reserves the right to change the event schedule, venue, or programming without prior notice. Attendees will be notified of any significant changes via the contact information provided at the time of ticket purchase.
Event Cancellation
If the event is cancelled by the organiser, Retail Huddle will refund the face value of your tickets.
We will do our best to contact you by email, phone or in writing using the details you submitted to us when you booked your ticket to let you know how to obtain a refund.

Liability:
Attendees are responsible for their own safety and well-being during the event. The organiser is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained by attendees or their property while participating in the event.
Photography and Videography:
By attending the event, attendees grant permission to the organiser to announce their attendance for promotional activities and use any photographs or videos taken during the event for promotional and marketing purposes.
Code of Conduct:
Attendees are expected to adhere to a code of conduct that promotes a positive and inclusive environment during the event. The organiser reserves the right to remove any attendee who violates this code of conduct without a refund.
Data Protection:
By placing an order, you confirm that you understand that you are agreeing to be contacted by Retail Huddle with marketing information about the event and will be subscribed to the Retail Huddle mailing list. If you do not wish to receive this information, you will be able to opt out of any future marketing emails via unsubscribe links. We are fully GDPR compliant and will not share your Data with any other company.
Force Majeure:
The organiser is not liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from acts beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government regulations.

Acceptance:
By purchasing a ticket to the event, attendees acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. The organiser reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions as necessary.
